Job Description
- Looking for experienced and motivated Bench Sales Recruiters (2-5 Years) for our Madhapur, Hyderabad office (onsite)
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT) to implementation partners and direct clients, submitting profiles on major job portals, building vendor/client relationships, and closing positions efficiently
- This role requires a strong understanding of US tax terms, excellent communication, and the ability to meet hiring targets
