Job Description
Responsible for supervising bell desk operations and ensuring high-quality guest services by managing bell staff, coordinating guest assistance, and maintaining service standards in line with hotel policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise bellhops in daily duties such as guest escorting, errands, and information assistance.
- Assign bellhops to escort guests to rooms and support related guest service activities.
- Prepare work schedules and maintain accurate attendance and time records for bell desk staff.
- Inspect staff appearance to ensure proper grooming and uniform compliance.
- Train and guide bell staff on guest service procedures, hotel facilities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with information, travel arrangements, reservations, and ticket bookings.
- Monitor guest activities and report any suspicious behavior to hotel security when required.
- Coordinate guest laundry handling and ensure timely pickup and delivery through external services.
- Step in to perform bell staff duties during peak hours or staff shortages.
