Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Luggage Handling: Assist guests in transporting luggage to and from guest rooms efficiently and safely.
- Luggage Storage: Manage and store guest luggage at the bell desk for early arrivals or late departures.
- Transportation Assistance: Arrange transportation for guests by hailing cabs, calling taxi services, or coordinating with other transport providers.
- Guest Greeting: Stand near hotel entrances to greet guests and direct them toward the front desk, restaurants, or other facilities.
- Guest Support: Assist guests with physical disabilities by helping them move to their rooms or other areas of the hotel.
- Vehicle Assistance: Help guests enter and exit vehicles safely and comfortably.
- Local Information: Provide basic information about local attractions, restaurants, and nearby activities when concierge services are unavailable.
- Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience for all guests by maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
