Training & Content Development

• Create and deliver training material for makeup, skincare, fragrances, and accessories
• Conduct soft skill, product refresher, grooming, and etiquette sessions
• Maintain and update training manuals, multimedia aids, and educational materials

Learning & Development Management

• Schedule and organize training sessions based on regional retail needs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations
• Track participation, completion rates, and learner progress

On-the-Job Training & Mentorship

• Train new hires and upskill potential trainers through Train-The-Trainer programs
• Monitor performance of beauty advisors and provide guidance for improvement
• Build professional relationships with internal teams and external brand trainers

Collaboration & Reporting

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs
• Submit reports on training progress and effectiveness
• Support MIS, training trackers, and performance tracking
