Job Description
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate with a passion for sales.
- Age should not be more than 30 years for BDE/BDM roles.
- Candidates with 1+ years of experience in New-to-Bank (NTB) Business Acquisition of CASA, Term Deposits (TD) / Third Party Products, and cross-selling of Asset Products.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a Regional Language will be an added advantage.
- The candidate may need to travel extensively and should be ready to be mobile.
Roles & Responsibilities for BDM/BDE
- Acquire all kinds of core liability products.
- Responsible for growing the book by deepening relationships with existing self-acquired clients and increasing Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Term Deposits (TD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Cross-Sell of Assets, and Cross-Sell of Third Party Products (TPP) for income generation.
- Handle and manage BC (Business Correspondent) Points for the acquisition of SA, CA, TD, RD, Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), and Asset Cross-Sell through BC points in the Cluster / Territory / Area.
- Ensure activation of every BC point in the allotted Cluster / Area.
- Ensure conducting weekly campaigns, marathons, and product-wise sales drives.
- Responsible for the achievement of allotted targets for Territory Managers (TMs) and their reportees as per assigned KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas).
- Ensure 100% LMS (Learning Management System) exams completion by every team member under supervision, including all levels.
- Ensure providing time-to-time training on products to sharpen sales teams' skills and knowledge.
- Ensure completion of all compulsory exams like IRDA, NCFM required modules, AMFI, etc., for all levels of teams under supervision.
