Job Description
- Develop and implement growth strategies and business development plans.
- Manage, retain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Expand the client base by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of company offerings and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Prepare and present business proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Identify and map organizational strengths with customer needs.
- Research potential business opportunities and new revenue streams.
- Track and analyze industry trends at local and international levels.
- Draft, review, and manage business contracts and agreements.
- Report on performance, achievements, and areas requiring improvement.
Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or related roles.
- Background in event sales, event marketing, or event management preferred.
- Strong analytical ability to assess opportunities and business gaps.
- Experience in proposal creation and contract handling.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on business growth.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
