We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Gold Loan division in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, and managing existing relationships to promote our gold loan products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for gold loan products
- Assess the eligibility of potential customers for gold loans
- Provide detailed information about gold loan products and services to customers
- Manage the loan processing and documentation
- Follow up with clients for timely repayment and renewals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the gold loan sector
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in financial services or gold loans
- Strong understanding of gold loan products and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
