Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Responsible for generating revenue at optimum margins by effectively managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Ensure that both top-line (sales revenue) and bottom-line (profitability) targets are consistently achieved and exceeded.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new markets, potential clients, and emerging business trends. Analyze competitor strategies to position the company's products or services effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships, leveraging networking, referrals, and cold outreach to expand the client base.
- Reporting and Coordination: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
