Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Visit new companies to generate business opportunities and establish tie-ups for product sales, services, and demonstrations.
  • Call individual customers to schedule personal meetings and understand their training or service requirements.
  • Pitch the appropriate training programs or services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain and update the client database, tracking follow-ups and interactions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or corporate training sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach to generating leads.
