Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Visit new companies to generate business opportunities and establish tie-ups for product sales, services, and demonstrations.
- Call individual customers to schedule personal meetings and understand their training or service requirements.
- Pitch the appropriate training programs or services based on customer needs.
- Maintain and update the client database, tracking follow-ups and interactions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and programs.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, or corporate training sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to generating leads.
