BD Manager - Events

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and target potential customers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

• Ensure effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional execution across all territories.
• Track competitor activities and provide strategic insights.
• Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain product availability.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations for sales representatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and customer agreements.
