Batch Category Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Batch Processing: Oversee the scheduling, processing, and management of batches in the LMS. Ensure that all batches are processed accurately and on time.
• Data Management: Manage the data associated with batch processing. This includes ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting data issues, and making necessary corrections.
• System Monitoring: Monitor the LMS to ensure it is functioning properly. Identify and resolve any issues that may affect batch processing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as Category manager and Course Development, to ensure smooth operation of the LMS.
• Reporting: Generate and provide reports on batch processing activities. Use these reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
