Batch Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• 7+ years of experience in batch console monitoring and scheduling in Stone branch.
• Ability to work in 24x7 shifts.
• Generate failed job reports manually.
• Re-run failed jobs manually using batch scheduling tools.
• Schedule and modify batch jobs based on events or calendar requirements.
• Expertise in command-line operations for job scheduling.
• Troubleshoot job scheduling errors by analyzing log files.
• Understand alerts, correlate incident history, and notify the relevant support groups.
• Experience working with ITIL V3 framework and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
