Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.

• Assess customers' needs and preferences and provide recommendations.

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages.

• Plan and present the bar menu.

• Verify customers' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

• Maintain guest focus and deliver an excellent guest experience.

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations and standards.
