Bartender

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bartender/Captain/Steward to join our team at Seven Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, captaincy, or stewardship.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the bar area, including preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
