Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a wide range of high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns to provide excellent service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
  • Follow proper handling, storage, and inventory management practices for ingredients and supplies.
  • Support daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, restocking, and assisting team members as needed.
  • Stay informed about new coffee trends, techniques, and product offerings to enhance service quality.
