Job Description

Responsible for managing and overseeing banquet and conference operations by driving sales, coordinating events, managing teams, and ensuring smooth execution of all banqueting functions while maintaining profitability and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell banquet and conference facilities to corporate and social clients.
  • Schedule and manage event reservations efficiently to optimize space utilization.
  • Plan and coordinate events to ensure smooth execution from setup to closure.
  • Ensure banquet operations are run profitably while maintaining quality standards.
  • Supervise food and beverage teams during events to ensure service excellence.
  • Brief staff prior to events and verify room setup as per event requirements.
  • Monitor billing processes and ensure timely settlement of all event-related payments.
  • Ensure banquet halls are reset and prepared promptly for upcoming events.
