Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact during events, coordinating with event planners, clients, and staff to ensure all arrangements are executed flawlessly.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel, ensuring proper training, task allocation, and adherence to service standards.
  • Guest Service Management: Ensure excellent guest experience by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards throughout the event.
  • Setup & Execution: Oversee the setup of banquet halls, tables, décor, lighting, and audio-visual equipment according to client specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor food and beverage service, ensuring correct presentation, timely delivery, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Staff Coordination: Assign roles and responsibilities, monitor staff performance during events, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve any issues or unexpected situations during events to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare post-event reports on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational challenges.
