Job Description

Bankruptcy Operations Management

  • Manage end-to-end bankruptcy processes within the US Mortgage servicing lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with bankruptcy regulations and guidelines related to Chapters 7, 9, 11, 12, and 13.
  • Monitor case processing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Review operational workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for bankruptcy operations within the US Mortgage domain.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Support team development through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure all bankruptcy processes adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks and audits to maintain operational accuracy.
  • Address compliance issues and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Client Coordination & Escalation Management

  • Manage client communication and handle operational escalations effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases and operational challenges.
  • Provide updates and performance reports to management and clients when required.

Operational Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track and report key performance indicators related to bankruptcy operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Support implementation of best practices to enhance service delivery.
