Manage secure fund transfers, ensure tax compliance, and prepare reports for courts and stakeholders detailing the process, status and outcomes
Managing and executing payments to qualified claimants using wires, e-payments, cheques etc.
Review claim reconciliation reports and validate distribution files shared by project teams.
Execute payments to qualified claimants using approved banking platforms and methods.
Maintain accurate claims data and ensure confidentiality and transaction integrity.
Use tools like Monday.com, CAS, and Court Link to track tasks, manage tickets, and generate reports.
Reviewing request tickets and providing the necessary reports and role assignments.
Coordinating with internal project teams and stakeholders throughout the distribution process to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution.
Perform routine tasks like bank reconciliations, check file generation, reissues, case closures and administrative activities for the involved parties
Handle special requests including EIN applications, funding invoices, and non-class member payments.
Communicate verbally and in writing with project team members, on projects to ensure appropriate understanding of all projects
Track all hours worked on each project accurately
