Job Description

We are hiring for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) role to support the Bank of India's Inbound Process. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: 12th Pass and above. Candidates who are graduates or are pursuing graduation can apply.
  • Experience: Freshers are required for this role.
  • Communication: Candidates must have V3 communication skills (verbal, written, vocal).
  • Work Schedule: Rotational shifts with rotational offs.
  • Salary: Up to ₹15,000.
