Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound collection calls for loan EMI reminders and recoveries
• Explain payment terms, resolve disputes politely
• Update CRM systems with accurate call logs
• Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets
• Maintain compliance with process and regulatory norms

Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills (Versant 3 qualified)
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
• DRA certification and experience is mandatory for DRA roles
• Immediate joiners preferred
