Responsibilities:

• Treat patients with life-threatening illnesses in emergency settings.
• Request and coordinate appropriate medical tests for patients.
• Establish effective patient care plans and refer patients to appropriate specialists.
• Ensure patients are stable before transferring them to the proper department for further evaluation.
• Provide instructions for patient discharge and complete any relevant paperwork.
• Maintain and update patient medical records accurately.
• Coordinate with different ER departments to ensure patients receive necessary treatments.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong judgment abilities.
