Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems, including databases, APIs, and server-side logic.

• Collaborate effectively with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

• Monitor performance and optimize backend systems to ensure they run efficiently and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with backend development technologies such as SQL, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
• Solid knowledge of database design, web application architecture, and RESTful API development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
