Job Description:

We are hiring a Backend Support Executive for a banking process to handle non-voice operations, data processing, and transaction support. The role involves maintaining records, verifying documents, and ensuring accuracy in financial data. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth backend operations and timely processing of requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform backend operations and data entry tasks
• Verify customer documents and transaction details
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
• Handle queries via email/chat (non-voice)
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

• 6 days working
• Rotational shifts (including night shifts if required) - No cabs - only drop facility available
• Work from office
