Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day backend operations on computer systems.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Handle emails, telephonic conversations, and WhatsApp communication with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records, data entries, and documentation for smooth operations.
- Support the sales and operations team with backend coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to handle emails and telephonic conversations professionally.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
