Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reaching out to SME's - Small & Medium Scale enterprises offering steel wire products.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with existing clients while generating new business.
• Negotiate and finalize quotations, payment terms, and delivery terms until order execution and payment receipt.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistic teams for smooth process flow.
• Analyse clients and assess their credibility before placing any orders.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Visit esteemed customers at regular intervals and build rapport with their Quality, Production, and Management teams.
