Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing strategic relationships and business development opportunities with industrial partners and clients.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the client base of the company and build a concrete pipeline, to help meet the revenue targets of the corporate business vertical.
  • Corporate Sales, acquiring new corporate clients, achieving monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue targets.
  • Providing Services like dedicated stationed ambulance, Ambulance On-Call, Medical Room (Doctor & Nurse On-site), Occupational Health Centre (OHC) Services, Mobile Medical Units (MMU), Wellness Programs, Health check, etc.
  • Extensive travel will be required to meet with corporate clients, attend meetings, preparing Proposals, Presentations, providing briefings and submitting reports to Senior Management as required.
  • Cross Functional Interaction with various departments and stakeholders for deployment of services and ensuring clients will get the best quality services.
  • Retaining existing clients, Upsell & Cross Sell new services to client.
  • Ensure billing and Recovery for acquired clients will happen on time, Systematic follow-up to ensure 100% payment collection within the due date.
  • Contract renewals / Additional addendum / compliance related to client, Tender / RFP participation.
  • Responsible to develop and execute channel / distribution sales plan to achieve annual sales objective with respect to top & bottom line.
  • Conduct market research to map future prospect of projects.
