Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Strategy & Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients across industries.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and brand positioning to create tailored brand solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including marketing, brand, and procurement teams.
- Brand Solution Development:
- Design, pitch, and implement customized brand campaigns and marketing activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, data, sales, content) to bring brand solutions to life.
- Monitor trends in B2B branding and industry innovations to keep solutions relevant and cutting-edge.
- Sales Enablement:
- Support the sales team with branded content strategies, product positioning, and pitch development.
- Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and presentations that articulate the value of our brand solutions.
- Performance & Optimization:
- Define KPIs for brand campaigns and collaborate with analytics teams to measure success.
- Provide post-campaign analysis and reporting with insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimize solutions based on performance data and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, or solutions selling.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B branding initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
- Experience working in or with SaaS, tech, media, or advertising industries preferred.
