Azure Dynamics 365 Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Dynamics 365 Consultant with 4 to 5 years of experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Functional and Technical areas of Dynamics 365 (CE, CRM, or F&O), along with strong knowledge of Azure platform integration and Power Platform tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design, configure, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, Sales, Service, etc.)
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports as per project needs
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft services (Azure AD, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Support data migration and system integration from legacy systems
• Create and manage technical documentation, functional design documents, and solution architectures
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure roadmap and recommend improvements
• Work in Agile/Scrum delivery models and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, CRM, or F&O)
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in Power Platform: PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate
• Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web APIs for Dynamics custom development
• Understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) and security roles
• Experience with data migration tools such as KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and DevOps pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certifications such as:
• MB-210, MB-220, MB-300, MB-310, MB-500, or PL-200
• Experience working with dual-write, virtual entities, and Azure integration patterns
• Familiarity with Finance & Operations modules or Customer Insights
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery tools (JIRA, Azure Boards)
