Azure Data Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric components including OneLake, Synapse, and Power BI
• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Spark, SQL, and Python/PySpark
• Build and maintain Lakehouse architectures for efficient data storage and processing
• Implement robust ETL/ELT workflows to integrate data from multiple sources
• Apply data modeling techniques such as Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Data Vault
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are adhered to across platforms
• Lead and execute data migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft Fabric
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of data solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of data systems and pipelines
