Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - IAC Terraform

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide 24/7 coverage in rotational shifts.
• Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for P1/P2 incidents.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues.
• Offer additional capacity during peak seasons.
• Work on planned activities related to Network, Infrastructure, and IaaC.
• Monitor and optimize Azure resource usage for cost efficiency.
• Implement security and compliance controls in the Azure environment.
• Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration management, and Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaaC) practices.
• Stay up-to-date with new Azure services and best practices.
• Implement and track Change Requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure infrastructure and platform issues.
• Conduct reporting and governance calls.
