Azure AD Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Azure AD Specialist to manage, configure, and secure identity services in Microsoft Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in Azure AD administration, identity and access management (IAM), and integrating cloud and hybrid identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) including user management, group policies, roles, and access control.
• Implement and maintain identity governance using Azure AD Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and application integrations with Azure AD.
• Administer and troubleshoot hybrid identity environments, including Azure AD Connect and on-premises Active Directory synchronization.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and monitor privileged access.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for identity protection.
• Automate identity-related tasks using PowerShell scripts and Azure CLI.
• Monitor and analyze audit logs, sign-in logs, and alerts for suspicious activity.
• Collaborate with IT Security and Infrastructure teams to manage identity lifecycle processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in Azure AD administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Azure AD, Active Directory, and Azure AD Connect
• MFA, Conditional Access Policies, SSO, and PIM
• PowerShell scripting for Azure identity tasks
• Experience in troubleshooting identity and access issues in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with AAD B2B and B2C, device management, and identity protection policies.
• Solid understanding of IAM best practices, security, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD Premium features).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and MDM/MAM policies.
• Exposure to cloud security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001).

Certifications such as:

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
