Azure AD Specialist

Job Summary:

The Azure AD Specialist is responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of Azure Active Directory services. This role ensures secure identity and access management, supports cloud-based authentication, and integrates Azure AD with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Azure Active Directory services and configurations
• Implement identity and access management solutions using Azure AD
• Configure and maintain conditional access policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Integrate Azure AD with Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, and on-premise directories
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and audit logs related to identity and access
• Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, and user provisioning issues
• Collaborate with IT teams to support hybrid identity setups and migrations
• Maintain and enforce compliance with security and access policies
• Create technical documentation, procedures, and user guides
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Experience with conditional access, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure security tools
• Ability to manage hybrid identity (on-premises AD with Azure AD sync)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
