Job Description
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for AYUSH provider engagement and sample tracking using barcode systems
- Train medical doctors, specialists, and project staff on sample collection and transportation processes
- Support existing NTEP (National Tuberculosis Elimination Program) and partner staff training
- Develop and implement strategies for AYUSH engagement and sample transportation across assigned geographies
- Collate, analyze, and present data on AYUSH engagement and sample transportation performance
- Liaise with district authorities, partners, and key stakeholders for smooth program execution
- Conduct capacity assessments of private hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Coordinate technical expert committee meetings and ensure effective follow-ups
- Undertake field visits for monitoring and supportive supervision of AYUSH engagement and sample transportation activities
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
