AWS Data Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services, with a focus on AWS Glue and Redshift.
• Implement data processing solutions using Python and PySpark.
• Understand complex data requirements by working closely with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and data processing.
• Optimize data solutions for performance and cost efficiency on the AWS platform.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AWS cloud services for data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with PySpark for big data processing.
• Expertise in AWS Redshift.
• Decent communication skills.
• Ability to understand requirements and work collaboratively with client SMEs.
