• Drive automation initiatives by developing automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment processes
• Architect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Establish automated testing strategies such as unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for Java applications
• Champion automation best practices and mentor team members on tools and techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Utilize containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for scalable deployment
• Implement and manage automated monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
• Stay up to date with advancements in automation, Java, and DevOps practices

Requirements:

• Extensive Java development experience with Java EE or Spring Framework
• Proven automation expertise with scripting (Python, Shell) and automation frameworks
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and infrastructure automation
• Hands-on with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications are a plus
