• Extensive exposure to bulk hiring / ramp-up planning in an IT services environment.
• Strong command over stakeholder management , with the ability to partner with senior business leaders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills .
• Must be from a well-known IT services company.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing tools, and technology platforms.
