Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, building trust and fostering long-term relationships
  • Understand partners business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored support and solutions
  • Identifying new sources for onboarding partners or homegrown QFAs from
  • Evaluating them and finalising agreement terms with them for the given partnership
  • Identifying new models and terms for partnerships
  • Assist in onboarding new partners, ensuring they are well-versed in the company s services, and processes
  • Provide training and guidance to partners to enhance their capabilities and align with company objectives and expectations
  • Regularly review partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes
  • Plan for on-going trainings and workshops
  • Address and resolve partner inquiries, concerns, or challenges promptly and effectively
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and growth to drive mutual success.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to address partner needs and improve service offerings
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on partner performance and engagement activities.
  • Gather feedback from partners to share with internal teams for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide strategic recommendations to partners
  • Qualified with CFP/CWM/QPFP/NISM XA XB
  • Proven experience in partner/client relationship management, customer success, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation,people and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mind-set
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
