Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring a seamless and enriching financial journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement
  • Understand and articulate the full spectrum of services offered by 1 Finance to align client needs with appropriate solutions
  • Lead the team in delivering prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to client queries across personal finance advisory
  • Work closely with advisors, product experts, and cross-functional teams to curate and coordinate customized financial solutions for each client
  • Conduct team reviews to ensure alignment with the company s philosophy and the unique needs of each client
  • Proactively engaged with clients to ensure execution of their personalized financial plans and behavioural nudges, while overseeing overall plan adherence
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and ensure alignment with their evolving life goals and financial priorities
  • Implement a concierge-style service culture rooted in trust, reliability, and expertise
  • Track and analyze service performance metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvements
  • Ensure all communication and activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards
