AVP (F&A)

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of AVP within our Finance & Accounting (F&A) team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across all core F&A functions and a proven track record of successfully leading and managing large teams. This is a strategic leadership position for an individual who can drive financial excellence and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead and manage a large team within the F&A function.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
• Must have on-paper team handling experience.
• Financial Operations:
• Oversee and manage all core F&A towers, including Record to Report (RTR), General Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Order to Cash (OTC).
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align on financial goals and business objectives.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in F&A, with a strong background in RTR, General Accounting, AP, and OTC.
• Current Role: Must be currently working as a Senior Manager or above.
• Education: A B.Com, BBA, or MBA degree is required.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹32 LPA.
• Work Schedule: 5 days working with rotational shifts.
• Transport: Cabs are provided.
• Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred.
