AVP (Digital Transformation - Finance)

We are seeking an AVP to lead Digital Transformation initiatives within the Finance domain. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation roles and a deep understanding of core financial processes. This role is for a strategic leader, not an operational manager, who can leverage the latest technologies to drive significant change.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and implement digital transformation and SaaS implementation projects.
• Apply expertise in O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), R2R (Record to Report), and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) to transform finance operations.
• Utilize a strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Co-pilots to develop and deploy innovative solutions.
• Drive strategic change to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 12+ years in transformation roles. Operational profiles will not be considered.
• Expertise:
• Must be a domain expert in the F&A space.
• Proven experience with Digital & Transformation initiatives.
• A good understanding of the latest technologies, including AI, ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Co-pilots.
• Education: A graduate degree is required.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹32 LPA (fixed).
• Work Schedule: 5 days working.
• Transport: Cabs are provided.
