AVP & Reinsurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, placement, and renewal of all Proportional and Non-Proportional Treaty Reinsurance Programs.
• Work closely with underwriting, claims, finance, and actuarial teams to align treaty strategy with risk appetite.
• Manage relationships with reinsurers and brokers across domestic and international markets.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance for all reinsurance placements.
• Mentor and collaborate with our Data Analytics resource to drive data-backed treaty decisions.
