Av Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• AV/VC Maintenance: Conduct daily checks of AV/VC equipment in meeting rooms; troubleshoot and resolve hardware/connectivity issues to ensure zero downtime.
• Hardware Deployment: Lead installation, replacement, and mounting of displays, screens, cabling, and specialized AV peripherals.
• Asset Movement & Logistics: Coordinate physical movement of IT hardware across floors or buildings while following building protocols and designated service lift usage.
• Inventory & Reconciliation: Perform bi-weekly audits of AV/VC equipment; maintain comprehensive site reports; ensure proper labeling of all assets.
• Compliance & Documentation: Manage documentation for asset transfers, including gate passes, invoices, and STPI/SEZ compliance paperwork.
