Responsibilities
Site commissioning in line with project schedule & allotted budget.
Drive configuration & testing.
Establish interface between PLC & IT, PLC-PLC & 3rd party/ boughtout solution.
System Integrated trials.
PLC program configuration & changes as per min guidance from HO team.
System operational & maintenance training to customer
Smooth system handover to customer & internal service team.
Maintain & document daily work progress report.
As built project documentation.
Automation commissioning documentation & checklist.
Maintain records of above documents.

PLC Program development & testing
Technical Skills
Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably Siemens TIA & Rockwell Studio 5000.
Commissioning & troubleshooting of industrial communication system viz. Profibus, Profinet, AS-I, Ethernet/IP, etc.
Knowledge of configuring, commissioning & troubleshooting of VFD s.
Knowledge of Interface with 3 rd party via TCP/IP, S7 communication, OPC-UA, etc.
Siemens & Rockwell PLC to PLC communication.
Soft Skills
