Automation Testing -Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Testing Lead with deep hands-on experience in Selenium, Java, and DevOps tools to drive automation strategy, framework development, and delivery across Agile projects. The candidate should have a strong background in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and be capable of leading a team and resolving technical automation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Selenium-based automation frameworks using Java, TestNG, Maven
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Collaborate with DevOps teams and leverage tools like Azure Pipelines, Docker, and Linux environments
• Handle test automation challenges, provide technical guidance, and lead resolution efforts
• Mentor and lead automation team members in delivering high-quality test solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with QA, developers, and product owners
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using appropriate test management tools

Mandatory Skills:
