Automation Tester with Playwright

Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with expertise in Playwright to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software testing, particularly in automated test script development, and will work closely with both development and product teams to ensure the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of testing processes.
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright or similar automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript as programming languages.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
