Role Overview:

Kiya.ai has an urgent opening for an Automation Tester to join our team, working with a leading Investment Banking client. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with strong expertise in automation testing frameworks and tools.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts and frameworks.
• Programming & Scripting: Proficient in Java for writing test automation code.
• Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium for web application testing and Playwright for modern web automation.
• Database Testing: Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database validation and testing.
• Test Execution & Analysis: Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify defects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, manual QA, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely defect resolution.
• Best Practices: Implement and advocate for automation best practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
