Automation Tester

Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks.
• Execute automated test cases and report defects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in automation testing.
• Maintain and enhance the automation framework for better efficiency and coverage.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in automation testing, preferably in web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or TestComplete.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python for scripting purposes.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
