Automation Test Lead- Oracle Automation

Mandatory Skills:

• OSCA (Oracle Supply Chain Automation)
• Oracle Automation
• R2R (Record to Report) or P2P (Procure to Pay) knowledge (either of these)
• Functional Manual Testing
• Python (6+ years of experience)
• Team Handling Experience (add-on)

Nice to Have:

• Banking Domain Knowledge
• Finance Functional Knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the automation testing team.
• Handle testing across Oracle Automation, specifically focusing on R2R or P2P processes.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• Ensure quality and efficiency in test execution, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Oversee manual functional testing activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams for test execution.
• Provide reports and insights to stakeholders regarding testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
