Responsibilities
Rockwell PLC Program + HMI + Drive implementation.
Conduct training and detailed knowledge transfer sessions on Rockwell system
Training, mentoring, and providing guidance and support to team members on Rockwell
Planning and prioritization.
Technical guidance to team.
Process standardization and documentation.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the automation team.
Skills & Competencies
Hands-on implementation knowledge of Rockwell/ Allen Bradley solution such as Guard Logix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix & MicroLogix Series
Proficiency in PLC programming viz. Rockwell Studio 5000, RSlogix500.
Experience of commissioning & troubleshooting of industrial communication system viz. Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC-UA, socket programming, etc.
Proficient in network topologies.
System migration and BOM optimization as per the requirement
Ability to work independently & take decision judiciously on technical fronts.
Develop, Establish & Troubleshoot PLC-PLC, PLC-WMS & PLC-3 rd party communication.
Able to plan and organize own use of time, meets deadline, and avoids last minute rush.
Able to assimilate and apply new, job-related information in a timely manner.
Able to execute with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Good technical troubleshooting skills.
Good Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking.
Good oral & communication skills.
